Mesa Tax & Advisory (“we,” “us”) is the trade name of Mesa Corp, a licensed Florida CPA firm. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website.

Information you send us

When you submit our inquiry form, we receive the information you enter:

  • Your name, email address and phone number (phone is optional).

  • Whether you are an individual or a business.

  • The service you are interested in.

  • Your description of what you need.

If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, tax ID numbers, bank account information, tax documents, or other sensitive financial information through the website form or by regular email. If we need documents, we will request them through our secure client portal.

How we use it

We use your inquiry only to review your request, respond to you, and decide whether and how we can help. We do not use it for newsletters or marketing emails, and we do not sell or rent it.

Who receives it

Form submissions are processed by TaxDome, the platform that hosts this website and our client portal. They are delivered by email to Meilyn Mesa, CPA. We may share your information with staff who help with your inquiry. We share it with anyone else only when required by law or professional regulation, or with your permission.

Technical information

Like most websites, this site automatically receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. The site uses:

  • Google Fonts, to display text. Your browser connects to Google to load the fonts, which shares your IP address with Google.

  • Cloudflare Web Analytics, which gives us overall visit statistics. It does not use cookies or track you across other websites.

We do not use advertising or social media tracking, and we do not use this information to identify you.

Client portal and other services

Our secure client portal is provided by TaxDome. If we send you a scheduling link or another third-party tool, any information you enter there is handled under that provider’s own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up, and meet our legal and professional obligations.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive. No website or email transmission is completely secure, which is why we ask you to use the client portal for sensitive documents.

If you become a client

Information you provide as a client is covered by your engagement letter and by the confidentiality rules that apply to CPAs. These include federal rules on the use and disclosure of tax return information. This policy covers the website only.

Children

This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Your choices
